| ■Touch the worldをはじめたわけ 10年以上前のことになります。 私はニュージーランドで数ヶ月を過ごしたことがありました。 そこで私は5人のカンボジアの少年達と出会いました。 彼らはカンボジアの中では裕福な家庭の子どもたちでした。 しかし、カンボジア国内に住む裕福な家庭の子どもは 誘拐されることがあるらしく、 平和で英語の勉強ができるニュージーランドに、 長期のホームステイをしていたのでした。 1970年代、カンボジアはポルポトと呼ばれる独裁者によって、 多数のカンボジア人が虐殺されたという歴史を持っています。 現在は、ポルポトという人は亡くなり、以前より平和になったようですが、 まだまだその当時の爪あとは深く、 恵まれない環境での生活を余儀なくされている人は沢山います。 それまで私は カンボジアのことを、全くと言っていいほど知らなかったのですが、 彼らとの出会いをきっかけに、カンボジアという国に興味を持ったのでした。 そして同時に自分の無知や、無力さをも思い知らされたのです。 当時も、そして現在も、日本に暮らす私の生活は 当たり前のように平和で平穏です。 しかし、彼らとの出会いのあと、 ｢このまま、自分の生活だけ無事に過ぎてゆけばいいのだろうか？｣ という疑問が心の中にあるのです。 それでも毎日は平和で、時間ばかりが過ぎてゆきました。 この地球の上に生きている仲間として、いま自分にできることをしたい。 その第一歩として、ブルーポップを世界中に広めたい。 笑顔のブルーポップを広めることで、 世界中の人たちに笑顔になってもらえたら、すばらしいと思います。 |

| ■The reason that began "Touch the world" It will become a front thing for about ten years. In New Zealand, I had passed several months. Then, I met five boys of Cambodia. They were the children of a rich home in Cambodia. However, the child of a rich home who lives in State of Cambodia may be kidnaped. Then, the long-term homestay was carried out to New Zealand which can do English study in peace. Cambodia has the history that much people from Cambodia were slaughtered by the dictator called Pol Pot in the 1970s. As those who is called Pol Pot pass away and it became more peaceful now than before, the consequences of those days are still deep but, and there are many those who are obliged to the life in the environment which is not blessed. I hardly knew the thing of Cambodia till then. However, taking advantage of the encounter with them, it got interested in a country called Cambodia. And their ignorance and powerlessness have also been realized simultaneously. My life which lives in Japan those days and still now is peaceful in peace so that naturally. However, after the encounter with them has in the heart the question "whether what is necessary is to pass only over its life safely as it is." It is peace and only time still passed every day. I want to carry out that he can do now as a "friend" who is alive on this earth. I want to spread Blue-pop in the world as the first step. I think that I am splendid if I have people in the world become a smile by spreading Blue-pop of a smile |
